Blue Princess Beach Hotel & Suites

Our recent 25th wedding anniversary trip was severely compromised by significant deficiencies at the hotel. The initial room was damp, resulting in wet clothing. The patio door curtain was improperly sized, leaving a one-foot gap on each side. The frosted glass entry door offered insufficient light control. Housekeeping standards were unacceptable, with staff observed smoking outside the room. Further issues included mold in the shower, stained toilet fixtures, and persistent dampness and a malfunctioning shower in the replacement room. Communication challenges arose due to limited English proficiency and uncooperative reception staff. We strongly advise against choosing this hotel. The significant incline to many rooms also presented accessibility challenges. Our conversations with other guests revealed widespread dissatisfaction.

Everything is nice about Blue Princess!!! The minute you arrive you are welcomed! We arrived in the night and they gave us nice sandwiches! Receptionist was very polite and friendly! Area is very picturesque and beautiful! There is nice pool and also sunbeds on the beach. Water taxi provide nice service to bring you to beautiful monastery. Cleaning service is good. They literally look after you. Their chef is very good. Food is delicious. They serve authentic and worldwide food. And inquiries dealt very efficiently. All your needs are met. Stunning Location & Views: The hotel is beautifully nestled on the side of a hill overlooking the Ionian Sea, with breathtaking views of the water and nearby boating activities. The sunsets alone are worth the trip. On-Site Dining: There's a charming restaurant (not buffet-style or part of inclusive) on-site serving fresh catch-of-the-day fish a highlight for seafood lovers. Friendly Staff: Bar and restaurant staff are warm, helpful, and welcoming, adding to the relaxed atmosphere. Entertainment: On select nights, you’ll find live music, singers, and Greek nights, which bring the place to life. Main Pool Area: Spacious and relaxing, with two additional pools — all with nearby bars included in the all-inclusive package. Bar Experience: A lively bar with a wide selection of drinks, from draught beer to cocktails. Music is great (though loud at times). Buffets: Breakfast is simple, occasionally featuring hash browns, while lunch and dinner buffets offer a decent, varied spread including pasta, spicy and creamy dishes, and fresh salads. Water Activities: Boating, pedalos, kayaks, and paddleboards are available just down the beach. The sunset cruise with Ninos Boats is a must — only €35 including wine and incredible views. Clean Facilities: Toilets around the bar area are kept in good condition. Over all A GREAT HOLIDAY.

Horrible!!!! Evitarlo a toda costa, por favor. Acabamos de estar ahí mi pareja y yo… personal poco amable, ir a recepción por cualquier cosa y que discutan en ti presencia haciéndote esperar para atenderte. Sin hablar de la comida… horrible, repetitivo, nada fresca… el único que merece la pena conocer es un chico majísimo q se llama David, es muy majo como persona y hace lo mejor a pesar de ser una mierda de hotel. Esto no tiene 4 estrellas, ni 2 diría yo. Lo único bonito del hotel es la vista, nada más. Pagar otro hotel q cualquiera sería mejor q el Blue Princess Beach….. Ahh… y no limpian el cuarto todos los días (cada 3) y olvidaros de cambios de toallas…. Las toallas no se cambian y menos la ropa de cama… hay q rogarles para poder tener una toalla y el estado de las mismas es horroroso y sucio… adjunto fotos!!! HORRIBLE!!!!

5star All staff are friendly and welcoming and will go the extra mile.food is fantastic fresh and hot, The complex is vet clean and is cleaned 6 days a week, quite hilly but will take you to the shops on request, The sunset trip is amazing and higly recommend, the settings and views are amazing and couldn’t ask for more,
