I recently stayed at Nacpan and had a frustrating experience with their pricing and billing practices. I booked round-trip transfers, which were clearly advertised on their website for 2,500 PHP. This rate was also confirmed via email and by a member of their staff. However, when I was charged, the amount was higher than what was originally stated. On my last day, when I questioned the overcharge, the staff repeatedly told me that I had misunderstood their terms—claiming that “return” or “round trip” meant a one-way charge, even though these terms are universally understood to mean a two-way transfer. To make matters worse, they then admitted that their website was outdated—essentially acknowledging that the information I relied on was incorrect, yet still refusing to honor the price I was given. Despite providing clear evidence from their own website, email confirmations, and staff conversations, they have not processed a refund for the overcharge. I have followed up multiple times, expecting them to take responsibility, but the issue remains unresolved. Transparency and integrity in pricing are essential, and I hope management takes this matter seriously. Until then, I would caution others when booking vans with them. I look forward to a prompt resolution.
