Perfect opphold

Great hotel in best location The hotel was great - comfortable beds, great shower, breakfast was amazing, staff was very helpful. The hotel restaurant was very good. The location is wonderful - next to a park and away from loud bars, but just a few minutes walk to everything. Would definitely stay again!

Diamond in a dump. Lithuania will never be known as a friendly country, but the service here was excellent. The hotel is in a quite part of the city by the castle. Lithuanians are not a friendly people, far from it, but the staff was gracious and always greeted me when I would enter or leave. It truly make my stay in Lithuania, which was really unbearable, much better. Thank you!

An island of customer service in Palanga/Klaipeda. Excellent customer service, in a country not known for it. The room was very comfortable, with temperature regulated in the room. Attentive staff and very helpful. Highly recommended.

The check in staff and restaurant staff were excellent. House cleaning for the room checked one day regarding cleaning. We didnt need anything that day, but the following day would have been nice since i did post clean room two days in a row. Food in the restaurant was very good. Easy walk to the beach. Parking was cramped

It's a great, relaxing hotel situated close to the natural beauties of the local seaside vegetation, next to a park and a short distance away from the beach. The accommodation is particularly quiet and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Отель расположен в очень выгодном месте - до моря 5-10 минут, до музея янтаря - 5 минут. В номере есть все необходимое, халат тапочки , сейф, мыло, шампунь. Завтраки в виде шведского стола , и отдельно можно заказать по меню горячие блюда на выбор. . Все очень вкусно, Wi-Fi имеет приличную скорость. В отеле есть СПА зона , доступная для гостей с 7 до 12 дня .

Холодно, очень неудачное время посещения бассейна и бани, развлечения только прогулка по пляжу,хороший завтрак, чистый номер,но очень как-то все очень скучно, не советую, не стоит этих денег, боятся критики

Good location

Everything was great! Staff was very friendly, room was clean. SPA zone is small but very comfortable (jacuzzi, small swimming pool, three saunas). For Hotel visitors SPA is available at the morning...

First of all this hotel is definetly not a 4 star hotel, 3 at best in european standart. Location is amazing, hotel is clean and staff are really nice and friendly. Hotel is half renovated, bathrooms done up, some new furniture but doors are left old… We got suite room and bedroom is extreemly small, terrace is nice and big and there is no privacy. You can access the terrace from the coridor in the hotel and a lot of windows and balconies look directly onto it. Towels are really thin and poor quolity. Breakfast is not nice and not fresh. Simple cucumbbers are just sliced early in the morning and left to dry in the heat till 11am. Eggs are served sliced too?!? In addition, the worst bit is that place is not child friendly/secure. Room door does not have the metal lock thing at the top( like all the hotels do) meaning that kids can just open the door in the middle of the night and leave… same with the terrace as they can just walk around plant pots, seperating it. Overall, we will not be staying there again, specially not for 180 a night. We liked Gabija hotel close by much more.
