Finca Bell-Lloc

3 días maravillosos en este oasis de paz. A destacar sin duda la amabilidad del personal. Hemos cenado casa día aquí: cada noche diferente menú con productos caseros y vinos de su bodega, con los pájaros y la montaña, el mar de fondo... inmejorable!Puedes salir a correr o a caminar por los senderos de tierra. Lo único el acceso sería perfecto si lo allanaran un poco. La piscina es una maravilla, el desayuno con productos caseros: mermeladas, quesos, embutidos, yogur y además te hacen deliciosos cafes y huevos o revueltos en la cocina. Remanso de paz después del bullicio de las zonas costeras, repetiremos unos años y quizá, quien sabe, celebrar una boda o un evento aquí en la capilla y visitar la bodega.

A bubble of enchantment! This might have been the most amazing hotel experience we have ever had! We got a little lost in the hills above the entrance to the hotel, which made it an even better adventure when we found it and discovered the uniqueness, beauty and magic of Finca Bell-LLoc. The staff was sweet and friendly, our room was so lovely, with antique details, beautiful furniture, a chandelier and a bottle of exquisite wine! The pool was a short walk through an orchard and was like having our own little mountain lake. I cannot say enough accolades to truly describe our enchanting stay at this hotel.

Después de años yendo, la última vez muy decepcionado. La atención al cliente nula, en particular de Lika y Maria. Me sentí menospreciado ante un problema que tuve con una invasión de hormigas en el apartamento. Observo muy poca profesionalidad y por respuesta siempre tenía un, somos trabajadores y no podemos hacer nada, es la norma o no hay nadie a quien reclamar. La relación calidad precio del alojamiento y de la comida ha empeorado. O mejoran en todo o este espacio cerrará y es una lástima con lo bonito y tranquilo que es. Lo mejor, la visita a la bodega realizada por Pons. Un 10!

We have been given room just above the restaurant kitchen and as a result we did not sleep all night as they have kitchen extractor working all the time (i have never heard anything that loud!). We have specifically requested when making the reservation not to have this room (it was obviously ignored). During check-in we're told the fan is only when kitchen is on and would be off at 10pm. Obviously it wasnt (it is on all the time as all kitchen refrigerators are connected to that and they cannot switch it off). None should be accommodated in such room !!! They lied about this problem at the first place and when complained in the morning we have been given to be moved to the 'shed' accommodation (mouldy, totally different standard) which of course is not a solution as we paid for this place the full price. I have never seen such horrible guests service. I just want to leave this place (but of course hotel is not supporting the refund). NIGHTMARE on holidays!!!

Super nice finca with own farm and winery. All Milk products come from the goats on the farm. Very original and calm, beautiful surroundings.

Very enjoyable and nice hike to the ruins on site
