We have booked to stay in this hotel from 17th to 19th November 2022. Despite calling in advance over phone, there was not even a person available to help and take the luggage to our room. When asked why the entrance looks so shabby, we were told that the cleaning person was on leave. The AC was not working properly, there was no hook to hang the towel in the bathroom and also few other deficiencies were shared with them. So they changed our room on the second day in the same floor, we appreciated their gesture and made us comfortable. But the following evening, they came to our room and stated that they have identified some electrical problem (short circuit) so need to vacate urgently. they insisted us to change to another hotel Reva Residency in that night as no other rooms were vacant. We are sure that it was a manipulation of the care taker Krishna to accommodate some others probably at higher price. In general, they have no sense of hotel management, even basic customer requirements were not available. We stayed in 5 different hotels in Kerala during our 13 days stay in Kerala and our experience in Abudhabi Residency was the worst. Girish K
