The hotel was quite good, the hotel facilities were also good, the view of the restaurant was good, but the behavior of the staff was not good at all, the service of the staff was also bad.

I stayed at hotel grand sharda many times, but this time, i am faced too many problems. 1st, mosquitoes were in the room. They provided all out, but it's failed. They did not agree to change the room. 2nd, i requested them to bring me food without onion or garlic because navratri was going on, and they insured me for that. But they ate me onion in my food and after complaining they said just sorry sir it's mistake.

Rooms ac not working properly. Service was not upto mark. Room bed were very bad. Bad smell was in room. After complaining room was not changed. Washroom only hot water supply found after check-in.

Hotel was good from outside but rooms were not upto the mark. Bedsheets were stained and dirty. Room was having water mold(seelan)
due to which mold smell was there. It was tough to fit in. We asked manager to change our room but they denied. The rooms were not as per the pictures uploaded they give average small rooms which are very messy, dirty and stained. Here only food is good location is good as it has parking space.
