There was a slight misunderstanding on the first day, but the staff found solutions. The location is very near many beautiful landmarks. The kids enjoyed the pool, even though it was 18 degrees Celsius. One room was a bit old, and the hot shower in one room wasn't working. The front view shown in the app differed from the actual view. The food was average. All amenities were accessible. I liked the fitness room; it was clean. 7/10.

Suka banget sama hotelnya. Pesan yang 2 kamar,besar dan nyaman banget ruangannya.very cozy dan super comfortable.pemandangannya jg nice.recommended! k mana2 jg ga terlalu jauh.

It was a one of a kind experience and adventure , the view was breathtaking, breakfast and also the stuffs were of good manners

We were given level 2 without being told there is no lift and we have 2 elderly (both in their 80s) which the hotel staff is aware during check in as they checked our passport. When we reached our building (which is a distance from the check in) we realised there is no lift and no phone in the room for us to call the receptionist to request to change room. Hence we have to use our own phone to call the receptionist and they agreed to change our rooms to level 1. We took the buggy the staff was driving to the room at level 1 but she started driving the buggy when my mum was still going up the buggy. Poor service and poor amenities.
