Recall Isaan Isan Concept at Khaoyai arvostelua

This hotel is very clean and closing to the national park. The staff is very nice and lovely.

การบริการที่ FRONT ดีมาก ดู แล ลุกค้า เป็นอย่างดี ห้องพัก สะอาด ใหญ่ ( จองห้อง แบบ DELUXE ไว้ ) อุปกรณ์ การใช้งานครบ อาหาร เช้า ดีมากๆๆ รวมไปพนักงาน ที่คอยดูแลห้องอาหารเช้า ต้องบอกว่า ดู แล ลูกค้าอย่างดี สิ่งที่ต้องปรับปรุง อย่างมากๆ และ ไม่น่าให้ อภัย ส่วน โซน อาหารตอนเย็น ( เรา จอง และ รับประทาน วันที่ 2 มกราคม 68 เวลา 19:00 ) เราสั่ง อาหาร เป็น ปิ้งย่าง ไว้ 2 ชุด พร้อม สั่ง เนื้อหมู เพิ่มไว้ และ ข้าวเปล่า 3 จาน อาหาร ที่สั่งมาปกติ ส่วน เนื้อหมู และ ข้าวเปล่า ที่สั่งเพิ่ม ไม่มา เรา ตาม ทุก 15 นาที เจ้าหน้าที่บอกว่า กำลัง ดำเนินการ จน เลย เวลา ไปถึง 2 ทุ่ม ข้าวเปล่า 3 จาน เพิ่ง มาเสริฟ (ซึ่งตอนนั้น อเริ่มอิ่ม แล้ว เพราะ กิน แต่กับข้าว ) ช่วงระหว่างนี้ เรา ตาม เนื้อหมู่ที่สั่งเพ่ิม ก็ไม่มา จน กินกันอิ่ม แล้ว กำลัง จะ เชคบิล (เวลาประมาณ 20:40) เนื้อหมู 1 จาน ที่สั่ง เพ่ิม ตั้งแต่ 1 ทุ่ม มาเสริฟ ซึ่ง จริงๆ เรา ตามทุก 15 นาที แต่ หน้าตาเจ้าหน้าที่ วันนั้น ไม่ไหว จะรับ จริงๆ มีน้องผู้ชาย คนหนึ่ง ที่ รู้สึก ดู แลเอาใจ ใส่ พยายามช่วยเหลือ มีโต๊ะอื่น ที่สั่ง อาหาร แล้ว อาหาร ออกช้า จนต้อง ยกเลิก เหมือน กัน ขอบอกว่า ถ้าโรงแรม ไม่พร้อม บริหารการจัดการที่ดี กว่านี้ ปิดโซน อาหาร เย็น ไป เถอะ ครับ เสีย ความรู้สึก จริง ๆ (อาหารก็ ไม่ใช่ ว่าจะถูก ตามราคาโรงแรม อยู่แล้ว) แต่ ต้อง บอกว่า ถ้า จะ กิน อาหารที่โรงแรม ไม่ใช่ จะมี เงิน อย่างเดียว ต้อง มีอารมณ์ สุนทรี และ พร้อม ที่ อดทน รวมไปถึง หาอะไรกินรองท้องไปก่อน เพราะ ของที่คุณสั่ง จะได้ หลัง จากที่ คุณ หมด ความอดทน แล้ว ขอ บอกว่า ถ้า โรงแรม ไม่พร้อม

I had a wonderful stay at Recall Isaan Isan l! It's incredibly toddler-friendly, with spacious rooms and a relaxed atmosphere that made traveling with my little one a breeze. The hotel is conveniently located near several great restaurants, so we had plenty of dining options. Plus, it's just a short drive to the stunning Khao Yai National Park, making it perfect for outdoor adventures. Overall, a fantastic choice for families looking for comfort, convenience, and a little nature getaway! Highly recommend!

Good location but poor room amenities. Broken shower, hot water didn’t work properly, the shower itself broken. Not worth the price.

국립공원과 엄청 가까이 있음, 방이 너무 어둡고 수압이 너무 낮음 그냥 쏘쏘한 정도임 그전날에 카오야이 쪽 너무 좋은 숙소에 있다와서 그런지 몰라도 다음엔 안갈것 같음

Overall, a Good Stay with One Issue The hotel overall is quite good, but the only downside to our stay was the heater issue in our room. The water temperature was inconsistent—sometimes hot, sometimes cold—which was quite inconvenient, especially given the cold weather during our visit. Fortunately, the hotel management addressed the issue by upgrading one of our rooms to a different one, which made our stay more comfortable. We appreciate their effort to resolve the problem. The breakfast of the hotel is good too.

服務員態度好，環境可以，就是房間熱水器不行，16度的天氣 ，洗澡洗一半變冷水 ，預訂兩個晚上的酒店 説好的第二天給換熱水器 結果又是冷水🥲🥲

The journey was too long because of the holidays but the hotel is very nice & beautiful. Will come back again.

การตกแต่งภายในเป็นสไตล์อิสาน มีปัญหาเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นไม่ทำงานสามารถตามทีมช่างได้ทันที โดยรวมจัดว่าดีครับ

Sheets were dirty. Hot water didn’t work. Staff barely acknowledged- stood at the front desk counter for about 5 mins before the receptionist lifted their head out of their phone. Nothing to do around the area. No convenience stores.

We enjoyed the hotel stay, clean room and ample breakfast selection. On the 1st night, one of our room's water heater was not working. It was fixed after we highlighted to reception the next day.
