Staff is very nice. I love all breakfast. It's delicious and clean. Good location and nice view for relaxing.

Great hotel in the middle of KhaoYai

Gorgeous resort out in Khaoyai. Abit more far to get to but it is worth it. Peaceful environment to get away from the hustle and bustle of life.

Room smell not good..staff service are really bad.

Overall, my experience was good, thanks to the stunning views and the size of the room. We booked an ozone suite with mountain views, and I absolutely loved the scenery! However, due to its distance from local attractions, it’s important to plan for extra travel time. This wasn’t an issue for us, as we had a driver. That said, there were some areas for improvement. The shower facilities, particularly the water pressure, need attention; otherwise, it would have been a perfect stay. The breakfast options also fell short of a 5-star hotel standard—there was a limited selection. It was only on our last day, Friday, that the breakfast improved. On a positive note, the buggy service was prompt, and the staff were friendly. However, the pool water was not as clean as expected, and it closes at 7 PM. In the evenings, there isn’t much to do, as there are no attractions nearby.

สถานที่สวยงาม มีกิจกรรมให้ทำ พนักงานทุกคนบริการดีมากค่ะ ติดแค่เรื่องแมลงวันและแมลงหวี่ในห้องอาหารค่อนข้างเยอะในช่วงอาหารเช้า และตัวปล่อยน้ำในอ่างอาบน้ำห้องหลักใช้งานไม่ได้ค่ะ
