We arrived hotel at 12pm night, the boss A told us that the room type we booked is totally full (which I have booked in nov 2024). So we can only live worse room. The room is no hot water, full of big ants on theme ground, the door can not close, the mosquito net is broken and full of patches. The noise music hasn't stopped until 3am, and I got up at 6am. We just want to leave. We don't know why this happen to us! We talk with reception people, We must cancel the room! The person said he can't do anything until his boss arrived at 9. 30am. Ok, We waited. Till 10. 30am, nothing happened, nobody come. We moved out by ourselves. No explanation No water even! We come again to solve this problem in the noon again, we waited one hour and boss B showed up, he said he can't do anything until boss A wakes up. He said the room we lived yesterday is the type we booked! Interesting news to us! After quarrel, i was totally cannot bear the attitude and I cried. It is my holiday, i only have two days on zanzibar, their bad behavior is waste of my time! It is the horrible and bad memory of my life! I paid usd 150 for only 3hours sleep, and i paid 2months in advance. Hilton can not make this even 史上最垃圾的酒店,人生噩夢!誰住誰倒黴!****。房間破的一比,全是蟲子,沒有熱水,兩個電風扇吹,巨冷,沒有被子! 找老闆談,完全不鳥,毫無服務態度!
