Good hotel but can be improved in sime aspects. Good location at the centre if town. Toilets were ordinary. Bigger TV can be installed. Heating system was good.

Room was good with beautiful mountain view. Location was nice and the food was delicious.staffs were friendly and cooperative

Water facility was not there. One mug for all washroom related activities. Also the heating was not enough. One normal blower for room heating not sufficient

Dirty rooms smelly curtains and blankets & mattresses, poor food, not provided the breakfast even this was added in booking. Staff & hotel manager behaviour was very rude.
