Staff is good but manager is worst, besides this, there is no ac, fan rooms were hot, we couldn't sleep there and was worst experience. Bathrooms were very shabby.

Ok, first of all there is no wifi connection in hotel room, which is very imperative in all hotels, secondly there is frequent power cut occurs but the hotel authorities does not provide sufficient power back up, room service very bad, they never receive phone calls from boarders and last but not the least the behaviour of reception manager is very rude. Hope you will appreciate the apalling situation of hotel pine palace resort, pahelgam and request you not to recommend for such hotel in near future,

Hotel rooms are good. Behaviour of staff was good. And some construction/improvement work going on, may be improved next time.

The nearest railway station to the hotel is anantnag and the closest airport is Srinagar. From, these points guests should take private taxis or cabs to reach the hotel. Guests should visit the places like Lidder view park(1 km), Golf Club Pahalgam(1 km), Overa Aru Wildlife Sanctuary and many more.
Quietly elegant and comfortable, the hotel features wide range of facilities which includes front desk, parking, doctor on call facility, internet access, security, tour desk and guide, taxi service, railway station transfer on demand, lush green lawn, laundry, housekeeping, room service and many more.
