The location is on the Main Street. The staff is extremely cordial……..They are always alert and attend to any need that the guest might ask for. Big heaters & electric blankets make the stay comfortable. Views from room is truly mesmerising

I had booked a stay at this property from December 27th to December 30th. Unfortunately, due to severe weather conditions in Srinagar, all flights were canceled, making it impossible for me to reach the property.
On the morning of December 28th, I contacted both the property and MakeMyTrip to explain the situation. I also requested a partial refund, proposing that you deduct two days' rent since the room had already been allocated, and refund the remaining two days' amount, as the room could potentially be rented to other guests.
Regrettably, my request was declined, and I ended up paying ₹40,000 without availing of the stay.

No arrangement of heating, room was dusty, for half the time intercom was not working. At this rate good hotels are available. Lot of noise of renovation was going on.

Good hotel in Pahalgam. Staff is excellent. It has a nice garden and sitting area to enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains. Rooms are cosy and clean. If you want to stay at a good hotel with good rooms and garden then this is the place. Recommend stay at Pahalgam.

The property is in a good location. It's in between the market. The hotel is even good from inside. It has a garden and river at the back also. Room size should have been bigger in the superior category. Service is good, food is ok.

Very nice and beautiful place to stay. Side scenes of the hotel are excellent and beautiful.i have added photos of the place and you can see this place is so pretty nd must visit.People here are very polite their restaurant has good food to eat. Must visit place🙂

The area is beautiful and the hotel garden is an added advantage when kids are around. The rooms are little old but equiped with the required necessities. Overall, Delux room was awesome.... The manager was very friendly and the staffs are very nice. Thanks for the comfort stay..

The staff service was very cordial. They were really helpful in providing details. Arranged extra bed and room services promptly. We were a bit disappointed on the hotel facility as they didn't have ac in the room. The weather was hot. And for the room rates we paid, we expected at least to have ac.

Location is good but rooms n washroom need to be updated. There was no ventilation in washrooms. Room doors should be operate with smart card.
