Nice hotel. Good location too, right across AEON mall. Very convenient.  But its lack of sound proving. We can hear our next door neighbor talking from their room

The staff is really nice and polite, and the hotel architecture is new and great. However: - missing iron, iron board and hair dryer in the room - no one answers the phone or the whatsapp line when trying to ask for the items - got the wrong order with in-room dining Great if you have time, if you are in a rush for work maybe it needs some operational improvement

We always enjoy here.. best 4 star hotel in this area, with all fasilities.. kids friendly ofc, with all games and playground area, and semi outdoor swimming pool 🥰

주변에 쇼핑몰이 있어서 편리하고 신도시라서 교통정체도 없는 지역이라 머무르기에는 괜찮습니다. 조용해서 숙면을 취하기도 좋고 다만, 가격에 비해서 조식이나 전체적인 측면에서는 후한 점수를 주기는 어렵습니다.

房間沒有電吹風，有一盞燈始終關不了，酒店自助餐味道很一般。酒店工作人員很不錯，熱情，耐心，酒店對面就是商場挺方便的。外面環境不錯，安全。

Great location! 5 mins drive away from ICE BSD convention centre and AEON mall just right opposite. The only downside during my stay was the toilet ceiling was leaking water and I couldn’t get a change of room as it was fully booked at the time, so I had to wait till they got it fixed.
