GV Hotel - Pagadian arvostelua

Nice hotel, clean and i love it.

It's strategically located: a stones throw away from Gaisano, short tricycle ride from the airport, walking distance from the city hall and main boulevard. The room however was not very spacious (not enough space to move around) and had a smell (coming from the toilet). For not picky travelers that need only a place to sleep in and a cold shower, it's fine. Not good for those traveling with children and senior citizens as it doesn't have an elevator.

The pillow cover has a black mark ~ the TV doesn't turn on using the remote even if nakasaksak na ung TV. And the aircon is not that cold.

Good service.

Basic and old

I booked online and paid 800+ pesos, they tried to give us room in 4th floor, which No evelator, we had 4 heavy luggages. I end up paying more to request 2nd floor.. and pay down payment 200 pesos. staff are kind and respectful. NO Restaurant in Hotel. But near by a lot.

“You didn’t pay for hot water sir” I booked this hotel thinking there are no others in the vicinity. I was wrong.Plenty of places right in the middle of the town. This roach motel is cheap for a reason, Linens are dirty.Room is tiny. If you want hot shower it’s not available unless you pay for the hot water. Basically the place stinks. I didn’t even stay there one minute. Do yourself a favor and favor don’t waste your money

Very convenient location near Gaisano Mall and easy access to transportation. Basic hotel with good Aircon and Wall mounted TV. No hot shower and no elevator.

Первый отель на Филиппинах, где я не обнаружил муравьев или тараканов😜 Дружелюбный персонал. Отель бюджетный и старый, нет лифта, нет генератора, если отключат электричество.Нет завтраков. Чистота комнаты была удовлетворительная. WI-FI был слабым и нестабильным.Рядом находится Gaisano Mall. Проблем у меня здесь не возникло и у них хорошая цена за комнату, но комнату нужно выбирать.

The location is very accessible and a walking distance to malls and other shops.

The hotel was located not too far away from the city center, possibly walking distance, but due to the local street condition, it would still be pragmatic to travel on a tricycle. The building was relatively old, not too ancient compared with the greater ambiance. Not lift whatsoever, so one has to climb up and down all 6 stores depending on which floor the room was booked. I guess I booked on a budget room, so it was located on the top level, no toothbrush or any considerable amenity provided apart from a tower and a toilet roll. There was a WC in the toilet but no flush, no you need to draw water from a ladle from a tap and flush manually. The most notable thing about the room: There was shower but no heater, so one needs to improvise when taking a cold shower with no bathing amenity provided. Had I booked a more expensive room, I'd imagine that both the level of room and the level or facility to improve. On the bright side, the hotel staff was generally helpful and friendly, as they all are in this lovely country.

Location is good. Overall experience of guests are okay. Will book again.
