Check In was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and everything worked great. Breakfast was the usual fare. We would definitely stay here again. Easy to get to off I24.

This property is in a great area. The parking lot was well lit and secure. The hotel is clean and modern. Lots of amenities: indoor pool and hot tub, workout facilities, laundry, meeting rooms, business center and sundry shop. There is a free continental breakfast from 6-9am. The room was spacious. Very clean! Beds were comfortable. Mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. Shower had great water pressure. But the A/C unit was SO loud, we had to shut it off. That's when we could hear our neighbor's tv as loud as if it were on in our room, and snoring from a room nearby. Worst night of sleep I've had in a long time.

Needs help. Room was only ok. Seems that housekeeping was in a hurry. New tissue box thrown in the corner, clock radio unplugged, lights missing, mold in bathtub. When eating breakfast- juice machine not closed and apple juice was just water, trash cans overflowing, no cups at coffee machine - seems no attendant there to assist.

“I love this hotel!” it always smells good and is clean very easy to get to and the staff is always friendly.

If You Want Breakfast, Book Elsewhere – We Won’t Be Back! Our experience was extremely disappointing, especially when it came to cleanliness and safety. Breakfast was unacceptable. At 6:30 AM, the only food available was lukewarm biscuits and gravy. There was no waffle mix, and the juice dispenser was covered in bugs. Bugs were crawling around the breakfast area in general – unacceptable for any food service. The coffee machine malfunctioned and sprayed water everywhere. Staff threw a few towels down and walked away, leaving puddles all over the floor. My father-in-law had to turn on the warmers himself because the staff didn’t bother. Health department-worthy issues. Between the bug infestation and unattended spills, I wouldn’t be surprised if this place ends up on a health inspection list soon. Room was okay, but safety is a major concern. The room itself was clean and beds were firm but acceptable. The bathroom was tidy but dangerous. Both my child and husband slipped in the slick shower—this could be easily fixed with slip-resistant strips, yet nothing is in place. That’s a serious liability waiting to happen. Electrical hazard. The outlet between the wall and the bed sparked every time we plugged something in. That’s a fire hazard. Bottom line: If you have any standards for hygiene, safety, or basic service, look elsewhere. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

We are staying here now. Came to Paducah for a funeral. We are in room 323 & our son is in room 307- opposite ends of the hall. We both have tiny ants on our nightstands & beds. When I told the girl at the front desk she was very unconcerned & said thanks for telling me. 🤷🏻‍♀️ The coffee at the breakfast was the weakest I’ve ever had. In my room there were 4 packs of DECAF. No regular coffee. We have enjoyed Drury Inn & Drury Suites in the past. Better options here in Paducah.
