Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. Ask for approval, if you have visitors. - Groups of visitors, or party size visitors are not allowed. - Guests should not spend time outside of the house between the quiet hours of 9:00 pm and 9:00 am. Garage Laundry Room and Outdoor Chairs Should not be used during quiet hours. Neighbor will call police if any disturbance occurs. - Guests are not allowed to play music or make loud noise outside of the house at ANY TIME (Pacifica City Ordinance). Cigarette smoking is not allowed inside the house, you may smoke in designated smoking areas in the backyard of the house, but not in the side yard. - Report any damage to us immediately. so We can arrange for its replacement or repairs. - Garbage Bins take out on Monday’s evening, bring back on Tuesday after emptied. Otherwise, A dumping fee of $50 will be charged after your stay. - Please make sure Heat is turned off after leaving the house every time and during final checkout.
