It was a great experience to stay there staff was very humble we booked deluxe room but they provided us super deluxe room. Food was also good. It was a pleasant stay

Staffs are very cooperative. Rooms are very clean & also nearby market. Even reached at hotel 11pm they arranged everything without harassment.

I have booked for 3 days, facilities was good the manager and the staff was cooperative and soft spoken. It is situated in middle of the market you can access all other things easily. You can also take suggestions regarding your trip in pachmari. They always gives you best advise and allot he arrangements like booking for ride, tourist places or you want to go for adventure camping they can arrange all for you. Overall it's the good place to stay.

It was great staying there. Food quality awesome, ***** with hygiene, staff is very nice and cooperative. Last but not the least ; they make u feel like home.

Room was excellent with a balcony. But our room was on the 4th floor with no elevator and service was also bad. Amenities which are listed were not provided like iron etc. And there was a bathtub in my room which was out of service. And also our intercom was not working so we directly called mr. Anand for requests and he gladly helped within five minutes so on an on even after few mishaps it was a decent stay

shown seems to be very fantastic hotel, with all the facilities but, as I have entered the room, I could not see it worthy and I have asked the hotel staff what is all this and what is the tariff of room, he said per night with three person so I could not check in with the booking, hotel staff also told me that the owner of the property is changed and since one year no booking is accepted in our hotel, and the management there asked me to cancel the booking and stay here with the revised tariff.
