Staff was very helpful and ensured no inconvenience was faced by guests. They have good facilities for playing basic games, an open gym for exercise and beautiful garden area for walking and sunbathing in winters :) Restaurant food was homely, and had multiple options.

It was nice stay in hotel mpt highlands. Me & my family enjoyed well. Food which provided from the hotel was delicious. Next time when we visit pachmirhi, surely we will choose this hotel again.

Room quality is ok outside the aminity good
foods good but the food prices was very high dinner and breakfast

The stay at Highlands was awesome and great.. and the hospitality was also excellent .. with very courteous staff .. always there to make your trip memorable ... It was OMG and is definately stay is advised and recommended .. taking good memories

We were college students and came on a trip to Pachmarhi, stayed at MPT Highlands, this is one of my best trips because the hotel staff and everyone was very nice, the food in the hotel was very tasty. Very special thanks to Deepak sir, he is very cooperative and polite person.

We are a group of 56 people. Stay in Mpt hotel highland there staff is very supportive and polite. Special thanks to Mr Deepak Bhai. Hotel food very tasty, Rooms is clean, Atmosphere is amazing, Location also to near by Jayashankar temple. Thankyou very much hotel highland.
