Great Staff, Great Food & Great Property. Everything was fabulous though the game zone is where some improvements can be made because most of the things are broken there. Other than that we had a great stay and would love to visit again. Thanks!

I've stayed two nights with my family and must admit that I loved the place. The rooms are quite spacious unlike other hotels with very less moving spaces. Bed sheets were also clean which delighted me as I traveled with a very young child. The restaurant served very tasty breakfast and dinner. However the dinner on my second night wasn't great but no complaints to be made. Some things to consider to make it an awesome brand: 1. Add small refrigerators in the room. 2. Improve the playzone amenities quality. The cue stick for billards was missing the cushion, balls need to be polished. Overall the experience was great and I recommend this hotel.

My stay at The Summer House, Pachmarhi - AM Hotel Kollection, was truly memorable. The entire team's support, particularly Ankit, Bunty, Shivam, and manager Gursharan, made it even more wonderful. From breathtaking sunsets to exciting jeep safaris and delightful forest picnics, Pachmarhi's beauty was truly captivating. Thank you for an amazing experience! The room was spacious with a stunning view. The hotel itself was beautiful, and the rooms were neat and clean. The bathroom was also spotless. The staff were courteous and responsive, making the stay even more pleasant. The food was amazing, and the hotel has a lovely lawn, adding to the charm. The location is peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Special Compliments to housekeeping manager Elisabethfor making your stay more comfortable and providing valuable tips for sightseeing. Also Compliments to Chef for delecois food Only areas for improvement: the mattress was a bit too soft for my liking, and there was no minibar in the room.

I had a truly delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered a perfect blend of comfort and style. The bed was cozy, and all the amenities provided made the stay very convenient and relaxing. The food was another highlight of my visit. Every dish was freshly prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. From breakfast to dinner, the variety and quality of the meals exceeded my expectations. The dining staff was also very courteous and attentive. Overall, this hotel offers excellent hospitality, delicious food, and a peaceful environment. Special thanks to Mr. Varun for his outstanding service and warm hospitality. He truly made our stay even more memorable!

The stay was amazing. The food was great as well although the breakfast can be improved a bit. The in house spa is a must visit. The only negative point is the swimming pool not being cleaned properly
