I visited there on10/9/24 to 12/9/24 for three nights and enjoyed very much.First of all we talk about reception, check in was very smooth,it hardly took 5 minutes.I will like to mention one name Mr Sunil who is very cooperative and fulfill his duties in a very organised way.I said him to change my room,he immediately changed it and also arranged sightseeing tour at very reasonable rate.Restaurant is also good but furniture has been old,it should be changed.Food is tasty and hygienic.Rooms are very specious and equipped with all needed items.Bathroom was near and clean and hot water was available for 24hours.Location is also good and mostly sightseeing are near Overall fully satisfied and will like to visit again in future.

hotel pachmarhi 1. Photo me jitna achha dikh raha he utna hi bekaar he 2. Yha pe chainish bhel nahi nahi rakhte oR Punjabi food ratting 5 out of 1 star 3. Hamare 3 din ke sty me only sty hi he food only *out off hotel* 4. No parking aria 5. Bathroom accessories my sty 3 days towal dourty smell evry days complain not solved

Worst hopitality, we booked deluxe room for 3 days paid the full amount for room shifted to the room but after 4-5 hrs the manager said that the room is not available for the third day and they shifted us to other room on third day which was in very bad condition, lot of noise was there . We complained but they said " Humne apko pehle hi bta dia tha" Food was also pathetic , hygiene was poor in hotel.

Visited pachmari recently, it's good place to go at least once,2days enough for it,booked pachmari hotel it's ok hotel,specious but you must check the bathrooms before stay,food is not up to the mark, cooperative staff,at last enjoyed Visit !

Nice services. Co. Op. Staff. Nice Room. Amazing experience. My first choice to stay this hotel. Pachmarhi is good place for visit. Nice hills. Falls. Greenery. I love ❤ greenery and falls. Pollution free place

It's a very good hotel to stay. The food is awesome. The services are quiet good. The location of the hotel is in the centre of the market. The rate of a room is quite cheaper compared to other hotels

We were in last week of August and the service is exceptional, ***** with the quality of the rooms. A clean well lighted place with hot water. Special shout out to the food, heavenly. Very courteous and accommodating staff. And Pluto the pug!!! Chilling in the lobby. Must stay in pachmadhi.

We booked a deluxe room for 2 days. Our experience here was pretty average. Pros - In close vicinity to view points. Rooms were large. Restaurant food was good. Cons - Rooms were untidy and not well-maintained. Linens were dirty and not changed everyday by room service. Phone was broken. Wifi was not working for the entire duration of stay. Rooms were pricy compared to the services provided.

Our Dynamic group of 18 visited Pachmarhi during the last of Dec 21..Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The ideally located place with helpful and courteous staff made our stay very pleasent. The food was very good and scrumptious. The hotel is very well managed and the owner is a smiling helpful person with a good sense of humour. All in all a very good experience
