Oxford Inn

The rooms are spacious, updated and spotlessly clean. The owners are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, they take great pride in the service they offer. We would wholeheartedly recommend this inn and came back on our return journey just to stay here again, we would love to come back one day.

This could have been a 5-star review...or at least 4-stars but...the operator of this motel evidently decided over-charging me by $20 was more important. When I checked in, I asked if they had a military rate, which they did, for a total of $79.45 for the room I got. Then they told me there was a $100 deposit, which I thought was excessive for the type of motel it is but ok...the total is now $179.45. I left at 5AM the next morning so I really couldn't physically check out as the office was closed...and I trusted them. After several days the charge finally cleared my credit card...for $99.45...$20 more than it should have! I've called twice during business hours but no answer; left a voicemail each time but no return call. I also sent an email...no response. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they refunded the $20. It's unfortunate because this is a mom-and-pop establishment, which I like to support when I can. And the room was quite nice and clean and the area seemed very secure...off the I40 beaten path. Too bad.

A hidden gem. Super clean and rooms are lovely and comfortable. Owners are awesome. Bed was very comfortable pillows were very fluffy and comfy. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

At first appearance, I was skeptical about the motel. I saw some vehicles parked on the outer edges of the parking area that looked like they had been there a while. I asked the attendant (who happened to be the owner and a very nice man!) if I could see the room before checking in. I walked in and was immediately knew it was fine! Very clean, no fake cover up smelly stuff. Good size room and decorated nicely. We slept very well. You don't get breakfast here, but coffee was good as well as the rates and I felt safe. He does add a $100 deposit fee to the rate, but if no damages or thefts are done, that fee is not charged. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Very satisfied!!

Okay, so from the outside, the Oxford Inn looks a bit rough. But this is a situation where you absolutely should not judge looks! I’m a relatively well-seasoned traveler and am very choosy about where I stay, but I’d stay here again and again. Our room was SPOTLESS - absolutely spotless. The bed was pretty comfortable and the room was spacious. The owners (a woman and her son) are exceptionally kind and go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. The parking lot has cameras and they made sure we had room to park our trailer. We’ll definitely be back this fall!

This is an older motel. The owners live on site. It is on the main road into the town. You can hear the traffic in the morning. You need to ring the Ring doorbell to enter the office. We couldn’t get anyone to come this morning when we checked out. No receipt for us. All outside doors into the rooms. Rooms are big,

We go to Ozark every couple of months. Up until now, we have driven 20+ miles to Clarksville for a motel. Just noticed the Oxford Inn and decided to give it a try. This is an older, family owned motel that is well taken care of. The rooms are kind of a funky 70s oriental style. Flat screens, good Wi-Fi, and very comfortable, clean beds with great pillows. The beds are better than the popular HI that we normally stay at. The pillows are also much better. Plenty of hot water! There is in-room coffee only. Also, the rates are reasonable. It was sooooo quiet during the night. Again, this is an older motel, but is so much better than newer chains. We will be back.

I have to admit after reading a few reviews I was hesitant to stay here, however, my husband and I were worn out and wanted a bed and dinner. The check in went smoothly, the young lady checking us in was very friendly, efficient and helpful in advising us on restaurants. The parking lot has a lot of old broken cars, parts etc, but I believe this is a result of family living on premises. The room was immaculately clean, bed was very comfortable and not a sound all night. I highly recommend giving this place a try and would NOT hesitate staying again if ever in the area.

Lovely clean and funky small motel. Found this motel by chance. Beds, and linen excellently presented, funky 60/70’s decor. Great price too. If you stay in Ozark make sure you visit the German wineries.
