下午3點才能入住，無法提前入住，但是還提供免費行李寄存以及小蛋糕點心，前台人員很不錯
旁邊就是西門購物中心和牛津城堡監獄舊址，到牛津大學很近

Excellent fairly central location. Easy check in. Typical Premier room but with some nice touches like a proper coffee machine. Very pleasant front of house chap who was happy to talk with the guests in an understated friendly way. Quiet room and good aircon which was needed on a hot night. Reasonably priced Stella considering it was in Oxford. Two negatives - some blood spots on the sheets and the price which is hefty.

Solo le puse 3 puntos por la buena gente. En el afán de reducción de costos se están llevando puesta la sanidad del lugar. No es posible que para que limpien la habitación uno deba indicárselo, no es admisible. El desayuno bien, aunque a veces se ven superados. Bien ubicado.

I thought the hotel and especially the staff were absolutely wonderful. They were just so friendly, cheerful and helpful. Wonderful location for seeing Oxford. It was expensive because there were graduation ceremonies on and everywhere in central Oxford was sold out. But overall I had a great time so thank you

This hotel is a hidden gem in Oxford; however, from the huge tours that now stay there, the word is out. It's reasonably priced, the cooked buffet breakfast is well worth the money for quality and selection of food, even for vegans. The staff are customer service orientated and cannot help you enough. The bed and fresh linens are great. The 4th Floor Premier room smell is welcoming. The location in downtown Oxford is perfect. It is close to bus, coach and train stations, across the road from the Westgate shopping centre and minutes to the colleges.

Really central and easy 5 min walk from the train station, bedroom clean and value for money, but the corridors and stars were grubby, in fact some of the metal edges on the stairs were coming off, which is a health and safety issue I think. Disappointing considering the hotel is fairly new I think.

I stayed for a few days and the room was very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff never knocked or disturbed me when I had the ‘Do not disturb’ sign on, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was always open early at the stated times and the lovely chef made sure that hot food was always topped up. I had a small issue with the shower temperature tap not working (it had seized due to limescale!) and when I reported it, it was fixed immediately and worked with no problems at all for the rest of my stay. I love it when even small issues are resolved promptly - thank you!

We always go for a Premier Inn. This one was perfectly located for exploring Oxford on foot. The staff were all friendly and very helpful: they helped us within the hotel and offered local knowledge and advice too. Lovely breakfast too. Room, despite air con, got very warm at night however.

Excellent and pleasant stay at Oxford westgate premier inn. Both myself and my wife were really pleased with the hotel and its super friendly staff. A big thanks to Dan the manager who really made us both feel welcome and made our visit both enjoyable and relaxing. He was brilliant at customer service, super professional and efficient 👍
