We thoroughly enjoy our stay

It’s ok hotel. But the some staffs are not that friendly. It’s really difficult to deal things. It’s just some staff and some staffs are good too. So it depends on which staff you are dealing with

The place is ok, it’s a bit far from the city center. Out if 10 I can give 7

Ok but not very goood

A little odd layout. Three buildings which led to us walking quite a way to our room But the room was clean and tidy and comfortable. The receptionist was charming

The team here are fantastic! Nice people, well trained and Maria was a standout as was the restaurant host. They made what was going to be a difficult time with a hospital visit as easy as possible. By the way the rooms and beds were very comfortable.(though on a hotter day more air con might be good). and breakfast was strong on fresh fruit salad and good quality croissants. Would definitely return.

Confy room for a family (2 adults and a 4 years old girl). The room was recently painted and decorated when We visites. Bathroom was very nice. Close to Oxford (15 min maximum from Town center). This hotel is not expensive at All and good quality. I would recommand it.

Silvjo is very helpful and nothing is touch trouble always happy to help with a smile , restaurant is basic but clean and food except able , breakfast is what you would get at any premier inn , and room are clean and tidy , bit of a maze if you get a room near the rooms that are being refurbished but they have to do the work

I stayed at Premier Inn Cowley recently and was surprised by how behind the times some aspects felt. The biggest issue was the WiFi. The so-called “free” internet was practically unusable at 0.45 Mbps — not even enough for emails or basic browsing. I had to pay £5 extra just to get a normal speed of around 9.5 Mbps. In this day and age, fast, reliable internet should be standard. Why not just include it in the room rate and save guests the frustration? To make things worse, the self-check-in terminals weren’t working, which slowed everything down upon arrival. That said, the bed was genuinely comfortable, and I enjoyed the breakfast and coffee, so it wasn’t all bad. But overall, it felt like there was a big gap between the experience and where it could be with a few simple improvements. I am sure Premier Inn Cowley will improve after some ongoing work and upgrading their infrastructure with fast internet and the issues were temporary!

A curtain was broken in the bedroom which was really annoying in the morning. There was a Stool left in the toilet to welcome us to the room. All the check-in machines were broken & staff took about 15 minutes to check us in. Really disappointing overall experience.

Clean and comfortable. Good food and great staff . Silva is very helpful on the reception desk . The rooms are modern,cleaning comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever down this way again . Plenty of parking around the hotel so there's no worry about not getting a space

We had a nice stay at the hotel. It's a basic, budget hotel and it was great value for what we paid for 3 nights for a family of 4. The beds were very comfortable but the rooms and hotel are very dated. It could do with a huge refurbishment throughout. We found the room we stayed in to have a sewerage smell when we first arrived, I think it was an issue with coming up through the toilet from the pipes. It subsided a bit after a day. If you just want somewhere to sleep whilst you explore Oxford then it will do fine. We had breakfast in the next door beefeater and found that to be good value as the children are free with a paying adult. There's a bus stop a bit down the road to get into Oxford City centre as it's around an hour walk each way.

Really friendly staff. Staying due to family in the John Radcliffe hospital, Silva made a really easy transition to adding a couple of nights stay as we went. Always very cheerful and very helpful.....................................

Room wasn't clean, toilet seat didn't fit, no hot water to the basin, sheets and bed had dirty marks, woken up at 6:30am by the people upstairs (thudding foosteps and squeaking floors), building site outside from 8am, people smoking directly outside all entrances to the hotel (not just cigarettes by the smell of it!), restaurant not clean and only other customers appeared to be workmen, food wasn't worth the money, builders materials outside the hotel and in the corridor, skip outside entrance, etc, etc. etc.. The only good point was the friendly staff on the front desk. We asked to be moved to the Oxford Botley after the first night! So glad that we did as that was a completely different experience!
