Pretty classic style hotel next to my favorite coffee place in Oxford, I liked everything, thank you!

We had a fantastic time! Hotel is in great location, everyone was super friendly and really nicely designed.

非常老的建築，全樓無電梯！需要行李搬運服務前台明明有人但不接電話。房間內灰塵多，衞生條件不好。空調開關不靈，噪音吵。除了地理位置有優勢，其他真的無可取之處

My stay is horrible. We arrived at the hotel at 11am and they told us the room is only ready after 2:30pm which makes sense. We returned to the hotel at 2:30pm and checked in. The room is located at third floor which the elevator could only reach second floor and we needed to carry all the luggages to took the staircases to the room. The room is so small and dirty, and we realised the AC doesn’t work, so we called the reception and they told us that the AC went down but they didn’t tell us when we arrived at 11am, that’s really unreasonable. If you opened the window it’s so noisy outside, we are here for our friend’s wedding but the room just couldn’t fit anything or provides enough space for changing. With this bad condition, we decided to switch to another hotel, asked for refund but they didn’t allow. I wouldn’t recommended anyone to stay here.

第二次入住酒店了，這次酒店升級了前台，也給我升級了房間，還是很喜歡這裏的氛圍，絕佳的地理位置，安靜的環境，優雅的服務，設施有些地方需要升級，特別是空調和床品，整體上説還是值得入住的。酒店提供礦泉水，可樂的飲料。拖鞋可以向前台要。

The location of the hotel is very central. The staff were friendly and generally helpful. The issues were that the air conditioning system was not good and the room was quite warm at times (summer). Also, access to the hotel was by a very short but steep set of stairs, so carrying large, heavy bags was challenging and clearly nt suitable for wheelchair access.

設施老舊，很一般

位於牛津市中心，方便步行遊覽牛津，但距火車站稍遠，需步行30分鐘。房間、衞生間寬敞、乾淨，窗户能打開，窗外是一個風道，沒有任何風景而且很臟；房間裏有個小冰箱，此外還有熱水壺、吹風機、保險箱等，免費寄存行李，WiFi好。

安靜衞生，近牛津，但出車站走得有點遠

Dreary, musty, old. We visited in May and the room we were in was unbearably hot and humid and the air conditioner does not work. Also the air conditioner was very very loud. Opening the windows doesn’t help either. The corridors smell musty like they are from last century and hasn’t been cleaned. More a pub like smell than a hotel. Water stains are everywhere on the walls and doors. All the furniture is old and stained. The shower was a measly trickle with absolutely no water pressure at all. Sad. Location is very good. Centrally located minutes away from all attractions. Overall a pretty dreary stay for what you pay. Probably the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Do not recommend.

除了地理位置好，早餐還可以，房間設施老舊，樓外機器噪音大。住一宿也就湊合了

離聖瑪麗教堂很近，服務也比較周到，可以聽到教堂鐘聲，也有一種別樣的感覺。出行方便，環境優美，到各個景區都方便

位置相當好，出行很方便，巴士就停在酒店附近。裝修設施都不錯。唯一的問題是床太小了，像是給小孩睡的床。
