牛津首選酒店，地點非常贊，對面就是ashmolean museum

酒店設施陳舊，網絡差，尤其是服務人員態度傲慢，房間空調壞了，幾天都不理來修，還一直讓人耐心等待，不推薦！！！

I thought it is a five star hotel, but they took 1£ deposit on me and never returned back and never reply for the Email.

非常乾淨方便

設施很好，衞生挺好。除了房間燈光有點暗。其它都好。

Really cannot believe that a smaller room with low ceiling and small windows was given, so had to return to reception and ask for the correct category of room, but was told that the room booked is under maintenance, only different room was available now. After hours of waiting, the correct room was finally given. Funny thing was that when browse the hotel website, there are still same rooms available. Why such common tricks would have happened this luxury hotel?

酒店交通方便 早餐好

這個酒店我們超級喜歡！有濃郁的牛津的學術氛圍！房間也是值得非常獨特！很温馨也很精緻！體驗感滿分💯

Stayed here in December for a birthday! Lovely location and history of building. Rooms were cosy and not a huge amount of room for suitcases. Though lovely and beautiful nonetheless.

房間尚可，服務一般

非常方便，也非常有格調調調。設施一般，大小也一般，勝在審美

洗澡水太小了，根本無法洗澡，床單上還有頭髮和假睫毛，冰箱裏麪也沒有飲用水。整體衞生太糟糕了，不建議入住此酒店。以後不會再來

嗚嗚雖然丟三落四 但是酒店幫我找到了面霜 牛津什麼都好 就是不要帶着傘看帥哥…

比較特別，下次可以再預訂
