Terrible service
I had booked a room with 2 single beds for 2 nights. When arrived they said their booking is just for one bed and there are no rooms for 2 beds anymore available.
I showed them the booking and they were not interested on what was booked, they just insisted their booking was only one bed. I started recording this as proof as I would then escalate this to trip.com. The customer service of trip contacted them by phone and even after 20 mins still no room available. I was ok for the first night to have one bed as my friend only arrived the next day. They told me the next day, they would move me to another room and I just had to go to the reception. When I went there, same store, no room with single beds available and again the same story : tandem room is one bed. I dont care about the name of the rooms and what they are, online I booked 2 single beds and thats how they list on here. Again had to contact trip.com, which has a remarkable service. I just wanted then a refund and would never go to this hotel anymore. Trip could offer me that if the room was no available, but then suddenly they said here, a room with two beds.
I stay every week in hotel rooms, this is the first time someone that works in a reception behaves like this and has nil interest in the customer and just want to argue and fight. Its a cheap hotel for a reason.
