"Exceptional value for money! Soetdoring Selfsorg offers tranquility and stunning views by the dam and is just a short drive from town. The accommodation quality was top-notch and the views were absolutely breathtaking. I highly recommend it for a rustic and comfortable stay in the Oudtshoorn area. Kayaking on the dam was one of the many highlights. It's conveniently located near popular tourist spots, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The amenities met all our needs. This was our first stay, but definitely not our last. Highly recommend—5 stars!"

"This was a two night stopover as part of a longer Garden Route tour. What a lovely place to stay. After a nice welcome from the owners we were shown to our cabin. Very well equipped with all the basic essentials. A nice touch with the sweet wine sample. Very comfortable bed and a lovely powerful shower. The food served up was amazing, with ostrich and kudo being the main protein. The vegetables and polenta were very tasty. There was a small pool if you fancied a dip. The water fridge and honesty box is a nice touch. Overall a very nice stay and well worth booking if you’re down that way."

"We love camping and have camped all over South Africa. This camp must be one of the best run and cleanest camps we have ever visited. The camping sites are all large and more than adequate to accommodate a caravan and vehicle. Some sites have grass, but those that are not grassy have wooden chips on them to avoid dust. Most sites have beautiful shady trees on them. The Ablutions are unbelievably clean and more than adquate. Even at night after 10pm, the cleaners still come in and clean the ablutions - never did I find a wet floor!! Security, which is something we all in South Africa are very aware of, is very good with a security guard and boom at the entrance. Entry is obtained with a disk that is issued upon booking into the resort. As an overnight stop, or like we used it a placd to stay while attending the KKNK, one cannot ask for more!! Well recommended!"

The host thought about everything, like the towels for the swimmingpool, the amazing breakfast, etc. They had also really good recommendations to do in the city and even arranged a pick up for us to bring us to the restaurant. Definitely go here!"

"Ihana paikka jäädä lähelle Oudtshoorn! Me oli perhehuoneessa 2 makuuhuonetta ja se oli mukava terassi, joten voit nähdä aurinkoasento. suihku oli ihana myös. Mitä todella tehtiin tämä paikka oli henkilöstö. Niin ajattelevainen! Aamiainen oli juhla, mutta illallinen oli vielä suurempi kokemus. Käyttää tyttäreni sanoja; 8 tähteä arvoinen!!"
