"Our four night stay was pleasant. We treasure family owned hotels as they treat their guests like family. The staff were friendly and accommodating for our six person cycling group. Restaurant superb. Proximity to the Oudenaarde was key. The weather allowed us to enjoy the serenity of the property with some beers on the patio next to the pond which was spectacular for early April."

"Hotel Steenhuyse oli erittäin mukava paikka minulle jäädä pyöräilymatkalla Flanderissa. Bart oli suuri isäntä. Hän istui jopa ja oli mukava keskustelu kanssani aamiaisella. Huoneeni oli hyvin suuri, puhdas ja hyvin sisustettu. Aamiainen oli buffet, jossa oli erilaisia lihaa, leipää, ruohoa, ja viljaa. Yhdysvaltojen polkupyöräilijä, En voinut suositella hotellia enemmän kuin tämä. Se on muutaman askeleen päässä Tour of Flanders museo, ja lyhyen matkan kuuluisista kiipeilyä Ronden. Toivon vierailla Oudenaarde ja jäädä täällä uudelleen."
