這酒店非常清潔衞生，房間裝修很特別和舒適，我們安排在天台的房間，可以觀看外面四面遼闊美景，尤其浴室的洗手盆是銅造的難得一見，環境優美，值得推介👍👍😊

Great riad, very clean and comfortable with a nice view over the palms. Yassine welcomed us in the best way and was very kind to accommodate our request to have vegan meals (dinner and breakfast). Highly recommended if you arrive in Ourzazate!!

My recent stay at this hotel was truly outstanding. The moment I entered, the lobby's elegant decor and friendly staff Younes and Yassine made me feel welcome. The rooms are a haven of comfort. The beds are plush, linens soft, and the layout is spacious. The view from my window was captivating, overlooking the city skyline. The room was also spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping that paid attention to every detail. The service was top - notch. The staff was always ready to assist, whether it was arranging a taxi or suggesting local attractions. They remembered my preferences, adding a personal touch. The hotel's restaurant served delicious food. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh options. For dinner, the steak was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. Overall,it offers an unbeatable combination of comfort, great service, and delicious cuisine. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The riad is comfy and offer calm with a view on nature, mountains and the city. Dinner is available on site. Breakfast is nice and generous. Younes and Ali were the gem of our stay ! Perfect for family holidays :) Close to city center and Atlas studio

Riad super avec une très belle vue. Personnel très sympa surtout Younes. Le menu du restaurant est simple mais efficace et bon. Pour 20€/personne entrée plat dessert. Seul hic, c’est au milieu de nul part (15 mn en voitures de Ouarzazate) et donc niveau taxi pour s’y rendre, il faut gérer.

This place is absolutely incredible, offering a level of service that rivals any 5-star hotel. Yassine, Younes, and Omar treated us like family, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their warmth and hospitality alone make this place worth every penny, but that’s just the beginning. The hotel room was the most luxurious and comfortable we have ever experienced. I cannot recommend this place highly enough – it’s a truly special gem, and meeting these wonderful people is an experience in itself.

We loved our stay at Riad Chay. Ali and Youness made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They welcomed us with fresh mint tea and a smile. We were in the family room downstairs which was spacious and beautifully decorated. The only downside of our stay was that it was so short. We will be back!

Très bonne expérience, on se coupe du monde facilement , l'équipe est jeune et dynamique et se olive en quatre pour vous faire plaisir, N'hésitez pas à commander votre dîner sur place. Pour nous , comme c'était un vendredi, nous avons eu droit à un très bon couscous aux légumes savoureux. Un jardin avec plantes aromatiques est à côté avec des "Arsas " privées ou on peut flâner à loisir. Attention, si vous êtes un couple marocain , ramenez avec vous votre acte de mariage car il est exigé sur place !

Great Place, very professional! Like a paradise! Staff amazing, especially Yassine and his team! Looking forward coming back here, we had a great time with my wife and daughter. The restaurant is great as well and the dishes are delicious.
