Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Ottiglio, in an elevated position on top of a hill. Private: natural state property 2'000 m2 (fenced), large garden with meadow, swimming pool (14 x 3 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises, public parking 20 m on the road. Shop 3 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 3 km. Nearby attractions: Casale Monferrato 17 km, Asti 26 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. 9-room house 350 m2 on 4 levels.
