房間設施還可以，電梯也大蠻快的，露天停車還蠻方便，早餐還不錯，每天略有不同，如果能每天主動打掃就更好了。

酒店的房間很大，靠近渥太華火車站。服務熱情，一樓有免費咖啡和茶飲。離市中心景點3公里。交通方便。就是早餐人比較多。

價廉物美，房間乾淨，設施齊全，裝修簡潔大方，早餐豐富，非常物超所值!

Spacious and clean, and is at a convenient location. A few minutes drive to supermarkets and a shopping centre.

Good place to stay . Good breakfast and free parking . Room was a little bit cold and could not get nicer temperature. No bad but could be better. Staff was pretty supportive.

Great place great service

The overall experience of staying in Hampton Inn Ottawa East was great except the elevator and parking management still have some room for improvement as both elevators were off for about 3-4 hours, but there was no sign, plus the security personnel didn’t even say anything when they saw us waiting for elevator until we asked!

Very kind staff, very clean hotel, wonderful breakfast staff, nice gym and swimming pool and close to the train station. The hotel was quiet in the night, the room was nice and cozy and I liked how they had your name as the "Welcome" on the TV screen. Everything in the room was clean. I really enjoyed my stay.

超級滿意這一家酒店的呢。房間很大，很乾淨，設施很齊全。還有免費的早餐，不過早餐選擇還是比較少的，不算多。 reception也很熱情好客。
