The hotel neat and nice.servjce top notch. Breakfast very tasty.

미니 스위트룸 예약했었는데 예상보다 공간이 넓고 편안했습니다. 다만 전체적인 룸 분위기와 바닥에 깔린 카페트가 어두워서 청결한지는 모르겠어요... 벌레도 봤어요..ㅠ 위치는 관광지에서 도보로는 조금 먼 느낌이에요. 조식 공간은 넓었는데 생각보다 많은 사람들이 이용하고, 다행히도 순환이 빨라서 금방 앉을 수 있었습니다. 심플하지만 맛있었고, 바쁜 사람들을 위해 간단한 키트도 마련해둔 점은 굉장히 센스있다고 생각했습니다 아 프론트 직원들도 굉장히 친절했습니다. 결론: 청결에 예민하면 비추, 무던하면 가격대비 나쁘지 않아 추천합니다.

주요 관광지와 가까워서 걸어서 다닐 수 있는 좋은 위치입니다. 조식은 종류가 많지는 않지만 아침 식사로는 충분한 것 같고요 물과 과일을 가지고 갈 수 있도록 개별 포장해 둔것도 마음에 듭니다.

Nos han atendido muy bien, el desayuno incluido ESPECTACULAR, la lavandería también está incluida, nos dieron una habitación más grande de la que habíamos pagado, la habitación una pasada, hasta tenía ordenador, todo perfecto y LUCIA la recepcionista nos atendió muy bien en español, Perfecto

Hotel location is great. Lots of restaurants nearby, it’s only 10mins to City Hall, 20 mins to Parliament Hill. Hotel staff is very professional and efficient in their response. I like the goodies bag, with bottled water, energy bar, biscuits, they prepared for their guests so we can take those with us for consumption as we explored the city.

The room is clean and big. It has free laundry room. The breakfast is good.

非常好的酒店，第二次入住，這次房間稍小一點但是裝修很新。服務很好有禮貌，房間乾淨，早餐豐富，希望下次如果長住可以有優惠！

Booked a signature suite for 3 adults and the room was perfect. It was huge and well-equipped. If you needed extra towels or amenities such as shower gel, you could get them from the corridor. There’s also a gym and a laundry room. Breakfast was included, which offered juice, fruits, cereal, and burgers.

Neat and tidy hotel room; convenient location to visit downtown Ottawa. Disappointed as we were assigned to a room on ground floor, but have requested a quiet room on high floor in our booking months ago. Also, the accessibility to the ground floor is outside the hotel through an outdoor parking lot.
