We are thrilled to present Home Run Haven, a completely renovated mid-century modern home. Every inch of this family heritage property has been lovingly and thoughtfully arranged to offer a relaxed refuge just a short drive from Cooperstown All-Star Village—easy access to SUNY, Hartwick College, and the Baseball Hall of Fame.
**FYI, just 9 minutes from CASV, this Otego home is half the time to CASV than many listings in Oneonta**
The first floor of this incredible home offers a wide-open floor plan complete with a Living Room, Dining Area, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Bath with a Stall Shower,n bedroom and quaint study, beautiful shower bathroom, and laundry area with a washer and substantial mai dryer.
Upstairs offers two separate bedrooms: one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two twins.
