"This was a good campsite - though the ablutions were shared, they were clean and plenty of them. Nice lodge nearby with a friendly welcome, and we went for a great walk around the dam and saw plenty of animals. Plunge pool with nyalas grazing close by. The campsite had shady trees and a lovely spot by the river bed for sundowners."

Waterberg Wilderness - One Namibia

"The hotel is located in a private tourist area, very quiet and comfortable. The hotel staff also explained in detail the tourist activities in the area. Unfortunately, it was too cold in the room at night and there was no heating."

"Well Priced and good food! Accommodation was clean and neat. The dinner was a pleasant surprise, although the lighting in the restaurant was poor, the food was tasty and very affordable."

"Did 2 week tour of Namibia and this was by far the BEST hotel. I never do reviews on the basis that if its good keep it to yourself so that the place does not become so popular that its full the next time you want to stay .As this was my last of 3 visits to Namibia I will not be returning due to advanced old age and I am happy to make an exception. Mount Etjo Safari Lodge

"Nice lodge bye the NP. When we arrived no one cared to check us in. The staff looks like they are forced to work, so you have to dig out any kind of information from them. We booked an afternoon gamedrive, which despite bad weather ended very well seeing male lions, and rhinos. The buffet dinner was not good. When you look at the lodge and how classy it is, then you expect more than that in a dark room with smoke. We went for a rhino tacking on foot and had to go early in the morning. here we saw both grey and back rhino! For the price it's well worth to do, as it's cheaper than other places like Palmwag. The breakfast brought by the guide was horrible and we didn't ate anything of it. So to sum it ups, if you're out for wildlife photography, then this lodge it for you! But the bad food draws it down for us."

Aloegrove Safari Lodge

"We loved the location even if we had already spent 4 weeks in beautiful Namibia. The leopard, lion and cheetah tour with Johan was really worth it, both for the animals and for the talk with him. The ladies in the lodge were also very nice. We used the private road to drive to the Cheetah Fundation: 35 minutes drive for an interesting visit (worth doing)."
