Opposite the hotel is a canal cruise ship that takes you around the canal, and rickshaws are available around the hotel. Near the North Canal, there is a building and fountain that were repurposed from a stone warehouse from the Meiji and Taisho periods, allowing you to experience the culture and history of Otaru.
