Set on over 2 acres of wooded grounds, the estate features a long list of luxe amenities including a dock, hot tub, fire pit, 2 kitchens, entertainment room & parking for 10 cars. The nightly rate covers the first 7 people. Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. This applies to anyone age 3 and over (kids 2 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc. Have a pet? It's $300 per pet per stay to bring them along. We have exterior cameras at the front door, garage, back yard, and lower deck (there are NO cameras inside the home). We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. 10. No off-road vehicles are allowed on the premises. 11.. 12. Please do not attach anything to the walls or ceilings with tape, tacks or anything else as this can cause damage which you will be charged for. 13. Please place any moved furniture back in its original position. A $100 fee will apply if all items are not properly reset before checkout. 14.
