A facility I can describe as perfect from start to finish, but I especially need to highlight the restaurant section. The extremely warm and attentive service made everything we ate feel even more delicious. Our room, the overall condition of the garden, and the calm and tranquility of the lounge were truly beautiful. Everything was perfectly thought out and organized. We extend our thanks to all the staff and owners who made this possible and contributed to giving us such a wonderful holiday experience.

Beautiful place with excellent service. Breakfast spread was generous. Our bed was ok, on the lumpy side and the pillows very hard. But our room was very large, and nicely decorated. The place is very quiet. Pool bar has great selection of drinks. The hotel restaurant has a great wine selection. We had 3 dinners on premise and they were lovely.

I found this place through a family travel blog and it was recommended for traveling with children. There were several families staying at the time we did (spring break) and it was beautiful and perfect. The breakfast was excellent and the cooking class was so much fun. Definitely take it! Our room had plenty of space and was beautifully decorated. Each room is a trulli and it was like nothing we’ve ever experienced. The pool and grounds are also wonderful although it was too cold out for us to swim in April. Ostuni, Martina Franca and Ceglie Messapica are 10-15 min away at most. We used this as a base for exploring Puglia and it was an excellent location. The owners are warm and welcoming and made extra effort to accommodate our family visiting us at the hotel. Highly recommend!

Masseria Cervarolo è un posto unico nel suo genere... è letteralmente un oasi di pace! È un luogo dove ogni anno amiamo tornare, quest'anno con degli amici, anche loro rimasti incantati! Si trova in un punto cruciale della valle d'Itria, a pochissimi km dai borghi più belli della Puglia: Cisternino, Alberobello, Ostuni, Martina Franca... Le camere si differenziano tutte, con uno stile shabby chic davvero incantevole. Il ristorante offre una cucina con prodotti tipici a km 0, io personalmente impazzisco per la loro colazione... da provare!!! D'estate poi si puó cenare all'aperto...e quella è davvero un'esperienza! L'unico problema di questa masseria è che crea dipendenza! La si ama..

My wife and I spent a fabulous 3 days at Masseria Cervarolo in May 2025. The room was absolutely gorgeous, full of character and generously sized. The food is excellent, and the service even better. Alfonso & Salvatore and their team catered specifically for my wife’s pregnancy (avoiding unpasteurised cheese, alcohol, cured meats etc). The masseria’s facilities - the stunning pool, wellness / spa facilities, the living room - are all extremely characterful, and ideal for an escape. We wish we’d stayed longer!

This is a beautiful property, well cared for and great people, too. We stayed in a great stone room with a bath , just beautiful We did the cooking class and they were very organized and fun. They have a great dinner menu that changes daily but we did not get to partake as we don't normally eat dinner. We would certainly return here if we ever go to Italy again but in the summer so that we could enjoy the beautiful pool

From the pictures and description I figured this would be a great stay but it was somehow much better than what I was expecting. The room (we stayed in a Truli) was great, the common area was cozy in a rustic-luxury sort of way. The dinner was incredible, the food was tops and the service was very friendly and attentive. I only wish we stayed here for more of our time in Puglia!

È un luogo meraviglioso… un angolo di paradiso dove lusso e semplicità si coniugano in un unico insieme. Ogni dettaglio è evidente frutto di una scelta meditata fatta con entusiasmo dai titolari ed ogni particolare è il segno della loro passione per il territorio e per la sua storia e dell’amore che hanno profuso nel progetto di ristrutturazione per dar vita ad un luogo con una sua anima. Il titolare, un padrone di casa con una cortesia d’altri tempi, ed ogni suo collaboratore ci hanno accolto dedicandoci il loro tempo e regalandoci la loro attenzione con quel senso di ospitalità che solo chi ama profondamente il gesto che sta compiendo può trasmetterti. Grazie a tutti! Torneremo presto a trovarVi per godere ancora di quei bellissimi cieli stellati e del sentimento di pace e di gioia che il soggiorno alla Vostra splendida Masseria ci ha regalato.

I have booked a junior suite room in Masseria Cervarolo at the beginning of April. I shared the room with my husband and two kids. From the very beginning we knew that we have arrived in a special and authentic place. We were warmly welcomed by the reception team which showed us the property, talked about the history of the place and recommended all the nearby attractions and towns. All recommendations were spot on! We also took part in the cooking class and wine tasting experiences which come at a very good price. We had so much fun, especially the kids. We had dinner in Masseria a few times and the tasting menu was always a great experience and surprise as it doesn’t only feature traditional ingredients (as most of the places in the area) but it also shows interesting combinations with a contemporary taste…. It was really refreshing!!! Also the wine list is very vast and the staff was very welcoming in suggesting the best pairings. The swimming pool was great and surrounded by an amazing vegetation. The bar cocktails and food were excellent. Finally, the rooms were very clean and beautifully furnished and decorated… we felt like at home and surely will come back. Thanks to the Masseria team!!!
