Radisson Blu Hotel Nydalen, Oslo arvostelua

Very close to Nydalen station and downstairs is the supermarket, convenient location and quiet environment. Breakfast is also nice!

訂這個酒店的時候看了大家的評價，特別極端。好評也有差評也有！等入住的時候才明白為什麼會如此。整個行程中都是訂的標房，但分了兩個時間段入住。第一次是週日上午9點多到的，本來以為無法提前入住，沒想到4間都有空房，對於長途飛行後的我們來説，真的是及時雨。本次連住的兩晚，房間面積算大的了還配有咖啡機！除了個別杯子不乾淨和暖氣不夠以外，沒有任何問題！但是第二次入住的時候，給到的房間就比較小了，也沒有咖啡機，不過我們就住一晚這些也都無所謂！唯一有問題的是淋浴房的花灑不太好，同時下水非常慢容易積水！暖氣還是沒有～另外酒店的位置真的沒得説，毗鄰地鐵4.5號線！旁邊還有家coop超市，營業到23：00.

衞生用具缺乏，週末服務員休息…

The hotel location was ideal and not far from oslo city centre with a metro station across the road and several bus stops very nearby. Most of the staff were very helpful however there was one gentleman who appeared to assist but then no result to his said actions. Additionally the first room he provided he stated would have view. The view was of the hotel from the window. The room he provided was unclean and filthy. We requested a change to our room with his colleague. She was very helpful and gave us a great room very clean room with a view of the river, but only thing is we had no phone in the room. We requested one but was told one would not available until later on the week. This was not beneficial as we were leaving. The amenities were ok however the hotel had direct access to mini shopping mall which had some lovely coffee shops and general convenience stores, which was great. Therefore we did not eat at the hotel. Overall apart from the above issues it was a pleasant stay and we extended it by a day which was a smooth process and we was able to stay in the same second room.
