Baymont by Wyndham Kalamazoo West

This hotel needs to be updated. The elevator was not working and the room was on the 4th floor. It could use an overhaul or be plowed to the ground!

A man that was working there to remodel the hotel tried to grab and I made a police report and the manager put me out and trespassed me because I made a police report

It’s not safe to stay here Their computer system was down, so they put me in a room without any record of me being checked in to that room. When I returned to the room the next day my clothes and personal belongings had been thrown away and the room was being reset by housekeeping for another guest. I took my belongings out of the trash and left. The hotel is still arguing about issuing a refund. Additionally, the room i was given isn’t the room I booked. Completely different from the photos, and also was quite dirty. Compare this photo with the listing photo. I would have left at check in if it wasn’t always the middle of the night. The woman working had to grab multiple key cards to find a room for me that was empty since their system wasn’t working and she couldn’t confirm via the computer whether a room was available. She walked to the floor with me to check which room I could stay in. I was so afraid someone would enter my room during the night because they didn’t have a way to formally check me into the room I was staying in. My experience the next day confirmed this was possible. As a woman traveling alone this is a huge safety issue.
