Friendly staff at the front desk and restaurant, with some speaking English, which was helpful. Breakfast was okay but left out cold once they put it out around 7, and dinner felt overpriced compared to restaurants in Osh. Room cleaning was inconsistent (it happened some days, but not others), but the gym access was a plus. Small, not terribly comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the internet on the sixth floor was unreliable—if consistent wifi access is important to you, you might want to request a floor where it seems more reliable. Osh is a walkable city, and you can walk to other parts of the city from the hotel location (although be careful when crossing the street!)

The hotel needs a facelift and maintenance. The bed mattress in my room was old and needed to be replaced. I was given a new room when I reported the mattress issue. The reception staff was very helpful during our stay. The shower curtain only covers one side of the tub and leaves one end open so the water goes out on the floor while taking a shower. The breakfast buffet is ok but not great.

The facility is adequate with a working elevator, clean and well-appointed lobby, nicely decorated interior, and average rooms. There was no air conditioning and it was getting hot in Osh. We had requested an early arrival and reserved and paid for a junior suite, but none was available when we arrived. We were given another room temporarily and told we could move into the junior suite later in the day. However, no suite became available. We were told that it would the next day, but again the same story. We remained in the smaller room for our four night stay, but without any compensation. The front desk staff were pleasant enough, but not very competent in dealing with issues The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the shower worked, and so our stay was fine. Breakfast was disappointing with cold food that appeared to be left overs from the night before, but there was ample selection. All in all it was just an average accommodation.

The location of Classic Hotel is little off the centre of Osh. The hotel is clean and well maintained, front desk staff are really helpful for giving information, booking a taxi ride. The breakfast is better than he average. Will stay again if visit Osh next.

Great hotel near center of Osh city, great service and rooms quality is good, in the hotel also restaurant and good location for get a taxi, possible could book room via many travelers of apps, also balcony in some rooms

Trés bon emplacement à 10 minutes en bus du bazar et de la colline du roi Salomon. Piscine splendide et gentillesse du personnel

Classic is a good hotel. My room was clean and spacious with a balcony. Breakfast is a reasonable spread, not vast but you won’t go hungry; and location good for the city centre. It’s also very well priced - so if you’re paying $60 a room what’s not to like.

I got 5 nights with them, a nice swimming pool rooms are nice as well however staff service except houskiping was terrible they don't even great in house guests. Also when I asked till what time the swimming pool works they don't know even the working hrs of the swimming pool and I was told that it works till 2100 in fact it was working till 2200. When I asked reception where I can order the food over the night agent said I don't know, and I found by myself it was not difficult. Corridors are dark burned lights, additional on that whole my stay under the sink was leaking water.

Мы провели в отеле 3 ночи. В целом, хорошо. Вот только завтрак мог бы быть получше (невкусные фрукты, не быстро пополняют пустые лотки с едой), но сотрудники стараются, сам ресторан при отеле красивый. В лобби симпатично и уютно. Хороший бассейн, с невероятными часами работы с 7 утра до 10 вечера!Странно только, что полотенце надо брать из номере (или предоставляют за плату). Из минусов: в нашем номере (609) не было сейфа. Из плюсов: удобные кровати, хороший телевизор, пополняли расходники в санузле без напоминаний. Порадовал кулер в лобби (можно пополнять бутылки питьевой водой, что редкость для отелей). Без проблем вызывают городское такси при чек-ауте (например, в аэропорт). Персонал вежливый и гостеприимный.
