Majoituspaikan vastaus: Thankyou very much for staying at Hotel Cordia Osaka hommachi. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused during your stay while using the laundry machine. However there are 3 courses available for the laundry service among which 120minutes course is able to wash and dry 3 kg of clothes maximum but thick clothes and jeans items cannot be dried because of the machine`s limited capacity. We deeply regret the situation occured and we have requested for the maintainance of all washing machines of our hotel in order to operate smooth service to our valued customers.
