設施：比較成就 衞生：入住五天，天天打掃，但是三天換一次床單。 環境：大堂22樓，酒店宴會廳入住幾日居然有結婚，外觀不錯。 服務：日語英語服務都有，大堂熱情。 酒店視野很好，就是小了點，老了點。附近心齋橋和地鐵出入賊方便。

酒店在namba～樓下有個大超市～每天晚上搞點夜點心很方便～旁邊就有直達巴士去機場～走到心齋橋也很近～除了房間的佈局不是很合理～其他都不錯

地理位置太棒了，就在JR出口。酒店下面有個大超市，周邊便利店也有好幾個。唯一就是酒店房間較小。

之前在16年出差的時候就住過這家酒店，這次來關西旅遊還是選擇了這家。酒店地理位置在難波，進出交通很方便，最近的地鐵出入口是30號口。早餐品種很豐富，中式西式都有，還有冰淇淋。選擇了高層房間，被分配了31層，夜晚直接可以從窗口看大阪夜景

깨끗하고 친절함 공항에서 난바까지 리무진버스 타고 올거면 바로 옆이라 엄청 편함 호텔이 고층이라 밤에 시티뷰 이쁨

位置很方便，自由行友好，樓下是超市和地鐵站。 可以步行至道頓堀心齋橋，附近有直達機場的大巴，交通很方便，從22層開始往上，可以俯瞰大阪夜景。 房間面積也確實不是很大。

공항에서 리무진타고 터미널에서 내리면 바로 옆이라서 너무 편하고, 호텔 지하로 내려가면 지히철, 편의점, 마트, 스타벅스, 식당도 많아서 진짜 좋았습니다! 부모님이랑 같이 여행할 때 진짜 최고일 거 같숩니다. 지하 마트도 저렴해서 자주 이용했습니다. 호텔에 한국인 직원이 계시고, 다른 직원분들도 친절하셔서 좋았습니다! 시티뷰 최고

편안한 호텔, 친절한 서비스, 최상의 위치(걸어서 1분거리에 지하철), 호텔바로아래 큰마트와 편의점 전부 만족했습니다. 아쉬운점 하나는 뷰가 안좋은 방을 받아서 뷰가 없었다는점 말고는 없네요.

I stayed at Hotel Monterey Osaka with my kids and had a great experience. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating, making check-in smooth and assisting with any questions we had.The hotel's location is excellent, close to public transportation, shopping areas, and dining options, making it convenient for families traveling with children. The European-style decor gives the hotel a unique charm, adding to the overall pleasant stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, with enough space for our needs. While the facilities may not be the newest, everything was well-maintained and functional. Overall, a great choice for families looking for a well-located hotel with friendly service in Osaka. Would definitely consider staying here again!
