房間在日本算是比較大的，廁所和洗浴分開非常人性化；酒店樓下就是便利店，離環球地鐵站走路2分鐘；3分鐘到達環球影城商業街，購物、吃飯都很便利；帶孩子出行選擇這裏非常方便！

這是本次大阪出行最心塞的地方了 本以為是開開心心的早餐 結果前台大叔對孩子和大人態度極其惡劣 別説友好了 歧視華人的態度直接寫臉上了！ 希望中國的寶媽寶爸定這家酒店的時候三思！ 別讓這個地方成為孩子和大人的陰影和不快樂

十分不錯，步行10分鐘就到環球影城大門了

Ok. It's a nice modern family hotel located right across the road from Universal Studios. Very convenient if that's where you are wanting to visit. Apart from that there is pretty much nothing around. You get some restaurants and souvenir shops at universal market across the road but that's about it. Now the really bad - the beds are pretty much the worse I've ever slept on. I have back issues but saying that my back was fine prior to staying here. I spent 3 nights in pain. Exacerbated by the horrendous pillows which are made of some sort of hard bean bag ball material. The small one is rock hard and the larger one is little better. Fair dinkum the worst sleeps I've had in a LONG time. And NO chairs in the room so we were forced to sit on those terrible beds at all times. Sorry Universal Port Vita but big time fail in the basics. Your rooms are just full-on uncomfortable! I don't care about the fancy electric toilet... just give me a comfortable bed and pillows!!! AND A COUPLE OF CHAIRS!!!!!

房間很大很豪華，距離環球影城很近，鬧中取靜，邊上就是看海，大阪環球港維塔酒店地理位置優越，緊鄰環球影城，出行便利。房間設施完善，服務貼心周到，員工熱情友好。早餐豐富多樣，能滿足不同口味需求。周邊配套齊全，生活便利。入住體驗舒適，非常適合家庭和遊客，性價比超高，強烈推薦！

房間的設施都挺好，特別乾淨，就是WiFi不好，基本上屬於不能用…

ホテルが新しいのかとっても綺麗でした。エントランスフロアにも荷物を預けれるロッカーもあり便利◎ 子連れ(2歳、0歳)だったのですが、レンタルできるベビー用品が非常に多く助かりました。(ベビーバスチェア、ベビーソープ、バウンサー、オムツのダストボックス、調乳機、ベビーハイチェアetc..)ユニバからも近く、次回もユニバで遊んで帰るならホテルはここにしよう！と友達親子ともなりました。 唯一気になったのはエレベーター内の照明の色？目がチカチカしました。
