乾淨衞生，地理位置很方便！去高松搭乘新幹線從酒店出門直通車站！早餐也很好吃，前台英文很好，溝通順暢

A very convenient and hygienic hotel.

房間在日本絕對算大的，離新幹線檢票口比較近，離在來線有一點點距離，周圍商業發達，吃住買一條龍。辦入住時要了小童拖鞋，我們剛進屋拖鞋就送到了，服務非常到位。

Very convenient location - just next to the Shin-Osaka Station. Clean and big room, comfortable bed and wide bathroom. Would definitely visit again and recommend to friends for future trips

因為出行需要特意定的這間交通方便的酒店。就在新大阪站出來走2-3分鐘。房間還行吧，但窗户不能打開，空氣沒那麼好！入住時前台給了個低樓層而且視線很不好的房間，希望能換一下説是沒有，感覺是被歧視！

The room is considered spacious for Japan standard. The bathroom is also pretty sizeable with a bathtub for you to relax after a long day. The location is pretty convenient as it is next to Shin-Osaka station, but it is pretty hectic. There are supermarkets all over the station. The neighbourhood is nothing to write about as it is a business district. I could hear the train and traffic outside at night (my room was at 12th floor, facing Nissay building), but it was fine with me. Some who are more sensitive may not like it. Direction: When you alight from Haruka express, take escalator up and exit the gate at East exit (that is the only exit available) and then find the West Exit after exiting the gate. You will see Tully’s Coffee at corner and McD at the other end. You just exit the station after McD and you will see the hotel. The fare gate to Shinkansen and fare gate to Limited Express are different so take note on that.

친절하고 객실도 넓고 조식도 맛있었어요

房間十分寬敞闊落及潔淨，早餐好吃，近新大阪站，非常方便。一共預約了三間一人房，但其中一間沒有放咖啡及浴室部份用品。 儘管如此，還是很滿意這間酒店。

該酒店地段非常好交通非常便捷，環境好服務周到。

房間超級大，超預期，是在日本住過最大的房間了～樓下有麥當勞、打包便當等各種快餐、便利店，也有火車站裡麪各種美食

離新大阪車站非常近，方便！

房間還是比較舒適，空間設計合理，酒店位置靠近新大阪站，交通及用餐很方便，酒店早餐環境也很不錯，值得再次光顧。
