FIRST CABIN NISHI UMEDA arvostelua

Stayed 4 nights, 1st 2 nights bitten by bed bugs due to dirty bed mat and duvet cover. 3rd and 4th night requested to change room, a little cleaner but noisy neighbours that kept me awake. I am so disappointed by the whole experience. The capsule type room can be quite dirty. The bed bugs are a no-no, they cause rashes and itchiness.

Very clean, people take care about each other, all amenities needed for travelers are present. The location is very good. Close to central station.

Great hotel! It is larger than a capsule hotel, with a space over your head. While the cabin itself cannot be locked, but they provide storage beside the bed that can be locked. Onsen and shower are clean. The location is great and staffs are helpful.

天井が高いカプセルホテルは閉鎖感があまりなく、寝るだけに使うなら最高にコスパいいです。フレンドリーなスタッフの皆様にも癒されました。各地にありますので、今後も利用したいです。

お昼間の、スタッフさんはとても親切でしたが、夜戻ると、夜の女性のスタッフさんが会話も解釈もきつめで、こちらが気を使う場面が多々あり。夜も忙しいかもでるが、昼間の方が印象が良かったので、そう感じました。

很有高級感的膠囊酒店，工作人員服務也很熱情，前台和一個小餐吧連着，酒店前台附近有公共辦公區和飲食區，桌上可以接電源。公共區兩邊是分開的女生住宿區和男生住宿區，進門要刷卡，衞生間、浴室、洗衣房在進門後到住宿區的通道上，行李可以放在自己床邊，整體私密感很好。 地理位置的話，從福島站出來馬上就能到了，但如果是從東梅田下車，差不多是要走15分鐘。門口有個711。

Estare 20 dias en japon y estuve solo en hoteles capsulas. Este es el mejor. Amplio, limpio, su gente es servicial. Buen Onsen y una muy buena cafeteria. Solo tiene una cosa mala y es su check in que es a las 17hs. pero lo compensan con Custodio de maletas gratis.
