Apartment Hotel 11 Kuromon

Lovely stay, clean, have free flow amenities to take if we run out. Location is not bad with family mart just opposite it and not noisy at night. Room is a little small but its good that there’s a balcony so we can airdry our washed clothes. Overall loved this stay🫶

The area is near the train station,about 10 min walk from the hotel and around the area have foods and family Mart nice place easy to access to all area

Had been staying at this service apartment for the past 3 years every time we visit Osaka. Always like the location and the dryer function in the room. However the wifi signal is quite poor.. and only 1 lift in the entire building, I actually need to wait for a good 20 mins when I was checking out as every time the lift reach my floor it was already packed .

Good amenities! Even comes with washing powder. Will be better to have a full length mirror outside the toilet instead of in the toilet. Need hooks inside toilet to towels too.

Everything was good except of course there's no staff on site and the luggage services maybe will be great but still I love the place.

Apartment Hotel 11 Kuromon was a great choice for our family of three. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. Check-in was seamless, and the unit was well-maintained. The location is convenient, about a 10-minute walk to Namba Station and around 8 minutes to Nipponbashi Station, with plenty of nearby dining and convenience stores. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant stay, and we would gladly return on our next visit to Osaka.

When we first planned our Japan trip, the biggest hurdle came when our flight got cancelled due to the diplomatic rift between China and Japan. We even tried to cancel this stay because our travel plans were uncertain, but the request was declined. Looking back now, we are actually very glad it wasn’t cancelled — this turned out to be one of the best stays of our trip. After finally making it to Osaka, the apartment exceeded our expectations. The room was exactly as shown in the photos — very clean, neat, and well maintained. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment also has a nice balcony, which was a pleasant bonus. The location is excellent — about a 10-minute walk to Namba and around 15 minutes to Dotonbori. The subway station is also roughly 10 minutes away. There are plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and coin laundries nearby, making the stay very convenient. Overall, it was a great stay. We’re really happy we didn’t cancel, and we would definitely come back again.

Overall, the stay was comfortable. The only minor issue was that the carpet appeared somewhat dirty or stained, but slippers were provided, so this was manageable. One drawback is the lack of on-site staff. There is no one available to assist in person when needed. We experienced some difficulty during check-in (our phone battery was running low), and it was challenging to find any assistance. Additionally, there was an incident around 1:30 a.m. when the fire alarm went off, and the entire building had to evacuate. An announcement was made in Japanese indicating a fire on a certain floor; however, most residents appeared to be foreigners, and there was no English explanation. Fire engines arrived, and after about 30 minutes, we were allowed to return. No further clarification was provided, which left many guests confused. Despite these issues, the hotel is still a good option for younger or more flexible travelers who are comfortable with a more self-service style of accommodation.
