Days Inn by Wyndham Osage Beach Lake of the Ozarks

The outside had a water leak wetting the car park area , which appeared to be coming from the pool. Went to use the laundry and there were two mop and buckets just left there full of filthy water, the mops were black The whole place was very run down and dirty. We had a decent nights sleep but it was badly decorated and needed a lot of tidying up. The worst let down was the breakfast area, room very dirty tables dirty, don’t even look in the microwave, disgusting.

What an old dump! Run down, dirty bathrooms, no elevator, dirty carpets, bad lighting. Just don’t even think about it! I guess the only places to stay up here are condos. Hotels are pitiful. This hotel is still in the 70’s. Disgusted that we paid $274 for 2 nights.

It was an hotel/ motel feel. In my opinion it was overpriced but it's the market. It's an old town with motel/ hotels that are slightly updated. They price it like it's Las Vegas cache swanky hotels, and it's not. The beds were okay, but not the best.

Mixed Experience – Clean Rooms, But Breakfast Disappoints We booked this hotel based on its good reviews and the promise of a hot breakfast. The room was clean, though dated and a bit worn. Water pressure in the shower was surprisingly strong—better than at home! Beds were basic, firm platform-style mattresses but manageable for sleep. The indoor and outdoor pools were both open and appeared well-maintained. Coffee in the lobby was excellent. Unfortunately, breakfast was a major letdown. While it's advertised as hot breakfast until 10 a.m. on weekends, food was not restocked even before 9 a.m. On Saturday, there were no eggs, minimal waffle batter, no syrup, and soggy undercooked biscuits. The “sausage gravy” was just unseasoned peppered gravy mix—no meat at all. Sunday was worse, with no hot food or basic items like fruit or bread available. Because of the unreliable breakfast service, we likely won’t be returning.

Very gross hotel, staff was nice but didn’t care, they just watched a lady trying to fight us for no reason. Room was gross, black mold, if I wasn’t so tired I would have left.

The room was in rough shape. Holes in the walls. Lights not working. Very outdated and in poor condition.
