Kitchen and Dining Area The open concept kitchen is flooded with natural light from the adjacent living area and features plenty of counter space to prepare a nice family dinner after a day on the water. Featuring a breakfast bar and dining table with seating for eight. The kitchen if fully equipped and offers both drip and K cup coffee options. Living Room The gorgeous living space features an electric fireplace, flat screen TV, sectional, lounge chair, and two accent chairs. There are two sets of sliding doors off the living area that open onto the balcony which features a gas grill, outdoor sofa and chairs. There is a screened in balcony with a couch, loveseat, and a glass top table with seating for four.
