Top Floor, One Bedroom Condo on the Lake!

Top floor - vaulted ceilings - one bedroom condo at beautiful Heron Bay. Our 1 bed/1bath lakefront condo sits at the 21MM with an unobstructed view of the lake. We are the last building in the complex - very private and tends to be quieter than other buildings. The bedroom has a queen bed with all new bedding and a new smart tv. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen size bed for the kids. The living room has a new smart tv with cable. The balcony is screened in and has a table and seating for four. Heron Bay offers a nice lakeside outdoor pool with a large pool deck and plenty of new loungers and umbrella tables. You can jump right off the end of the docks and swim in the lake as the docks have swim ladders. You can also fish from the docks. The complex has a nice walking path at the edge of the lake. There is an onsite laundry facility and a small boat ramp with temporary trailer parking - based on availability. Heron Bay is in the heart of Osage Beach and close to dining and activities by water and land. The unit offers free WiFi, cable tv, and Netflix. We have a 10x28 boat slip available for $25 per night and a little advanced notice. You'll be given the code to our lock box so there's no need to check in anywhere - just go straight to the unit.
